These scissors were developed from the ground up by Leen and Bertus , two charismatic models from the world of barbers.
The “Schorem Master,” which we perfected at Mizutani's central factory (after many small added developments with the team), has optimal properties for men's haircuts, thanks to its design, handling, shape and choice of steel alloy.
These scissors are characterized by amazing stability, which we have tailored for transitional haircuts and other classic men's shapes.
The world-famous SCHOREM Barber Shop, located in Rotterdam, has made its own way in the original classic Dutch style, inspiring hundreds of thousands of barbers and guests.
EXTRAMARISE® is a special heat treatment, specially developed for the production technology of hair cutting scissors, using the data and knowledge gathered by MIZUTANI over the years. The same metal can provide completely different performance, which is due to different heat treatment processes. In order to maximize the special qualities of these rare metals (cobalt, molybdenum, vanadium, and others), we added the largest possible amount to our products, thus achieving the ideal metal mixture for hair cutting scissors. In order to bring out the special characteristics of the materials and produce a blade that is sufficiently strong for a hair cutting scissors, we at MIZUTANI have developed our own heat treatment, which is the most ideal for a hair cutting scissors: EXTRAMARISE® process.
Compact and easy to turn, this is a flat type screwdriver for UFO screw heads. You will find this screwdriver in the package.
