Mennyi idő mire megjön a rendelésem?
Általában 1-2 munkanap mire megkapod a rendelésed. Amennyiben munkanapon délelőtt adod le a rendelésed, nagy eséllyel a következő munkanapon kézben foghatod.
Szállítotok külföldre?
Igen, de ehhez kérlek vedd fel a kapcsolatot velünk emailben, az info@klippers.hu email címen.
Nem jött még meg a rendelésem, mit csináljak?

Hol vehető át személyesen a rendelésem?
Miskolcon a Barber Shop Miskolc városháztéri üzletében (Széchenyi István út 4.), vagy Budapesten a Selected by Klippers üzletében (1132 Budapest, Csanády utca 16.), nyitvatartási időben. Az üzletek készletelérhetőségét a weboldalunkon megtalálod. Amennyiben a budapesti üzletünkben szeretnél olyan terméket átvenni, ami ott nincs készleten, keresd ügyfélszolgálatunkat.
Mi a teendő, ha sérült/hiányos a csomag?
Mindenekelőtt légyszíves tájékoztass minket sérült csomag esetén lehetőleg emailben, melyben leírod, hogy mit tapasztaltál, pár fényképpel szemléltetve. Sajnos előfordul, hogy rakodás vagy kiszállítás közben baja esik a doboznak vagy tartalmának. Ebben az esetben küldünk másik terméket, neked nincs más teendőd. Ha pedig véletlenül valami kimaradt a rendelésedből a leggondosabb csomagolás és feldolgozás ellenére is, akkor mi a lehető leghamarabb pótoljuk neked.
Már dolgoztam a géppel, de nem tetszik, visszaveszitek?
Használt gépeket, ollókat, egyéb olyan termékeket, melyek higiéniai besorolásúak, sajnos nem áll módunkban visszavásárolni.
