The steel alloy of this model embodies the most traditional Japanese manufacturing methods.
The V3 comes with a ring finger rest, a tension adjusting screw, and the corresponding screwdriver. Its ergonomic design allows for a truly relaxed hand posture during work.
EXTRAMARISE® is a special heat treatment developed specifically for the manufacturing technology of hair cutting scissors, by MIZUTANI, utilizing data and knowledge accumulated over the years. The same metal can deliver completely different performance due to different heat treatment processes. To maximize the special qualities of these rare metals (cobalt, molybdenum, vanadium, and others), we have added the largest possible quantity to our products, thereby achieving the ideal metal blend for hair cutting scissors.
